Only the information needed to begin a conversation.
What we collect
When you use the inquiry form, we collect your phone number and any WeChat ID, email address or topic you choose to provide. We also record submission time, page language, source page and consent. To prevent abuse, we briefly retain an irreversible hash of the network address. You do not need to provide identity documents, grades or unrelated information.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, arrange a conversation and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions. 上海致格瑞恩教育科技有限公司 (Grown Education) manages these records in a Tencent Cloud-hosted database. Notifications are emailed to the company’s designated inbox. We do not sell inquiry information or treat this consent as a subscription to marketing messages.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry records are kept for 90 days from submission and then removed from the database. Network-address hashes used for rate limiting are retained for no more than 24 hours. The company must manually remove inquiry emails from its inbox within the same retention period; database deletion does not remove inbox messages. To request access, correction or deletion, contact GrownEducation on WeChat. We will verify your contact information before processing the request.
Language preferences and other platforms
The website stores your chosen language in your browser’s local storage, which you can clear in browser settings. This version does not use advertising trackers. WeChat and Xiaohongshu are operated by their respective providers. Their policies apply when you follow external links or use their QR codes.
